The agreement is intended to promote the conformity of scientific policies and practices with academic communities and society, the search for regional and global experiences that will enable the creation in Angola of references, standards and ethical standards in science, technology and innovation .
On October 18th, the parties were already approved as a first partnership, formalized on the Campus of University A, formalized from the first partnership, Neto, to train researchers in the writing and publication of scientific articles, as well as for the preparation and submission of scientific projects for financing through, respectively, the Scientific Articles Preparation Course (CEAC) and the Scientific Research and Development Project Preparation Course (CEPID).
This initiative is part of strengthening the scientific capacity of Higher Education Institutions and Scientific Research and Development Institutions, as well as strengthening the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation (SNCTI) as a whole, with a view to increasing the amount and quality of scientific production, as well as the success of applications for funding for national scientific projects.
